 CuddleCubs Pet Care – Terms & Conditions

🐾 Purpose 

CuddleCubs Pet Care is here to provide a safe, fun, and enriching environment for your furry friend. To ensure everyone’s safety and happiness, we ask all pet parents to follow these terms.

🐶 Eligibility & Age

• Dogs must be fully vaccinated with a C5 (no homeopathy accepted) and have waited at least 2 weeks after their final shot before attending.
   
• Only small to medium breeds are accepted. Dogs will be grouped with others of varying sizes and breeds — please assess suitability.
   

💉 Vaccinations & Preventatives

• A valid C5 vaccination certificate is required and must be updated annually.
   
• Canine Cough vaccination is strongly recommended.
   
• All pets must be up to date with flea, tick & worming treatments (no homeopathy).
   

🧼 Hygiene & Cleanliness

• If your dog soils bedding or themselves, a cleaning fee may apply. We reserve the right to perform basic hygienic grooming if needed and charge accordingly.
   

✂️ Desexing

• All dogs must be desexed by 10 months of age to attend daycare. No exceptions.
   

🐕 Behaviour & Safety

• Aggressive behaviour or resource guarding (toys/food) will not be tolerated.
   
• Dogs that bite or injure others may be banned and their owners held liable.
   
• CuddleCubs is not responsible for injury, illness, or death of pets while in care.
   

🚫 Restricted Breeds

• We do not accept any breeds deemed dangerous by NSW Government, including: American Pit Bull, Japanese Tosa, Presa Canerio, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasiliaro.
   
• We also exclude Bully/Terrier breeds such as: American Bully, American Bulldog, Staffies, Miniature Bull Terriers, Boston Terriers, and Bull Terriers.
   
• CuddleCubs reserves the right to refuse any dog based on temperament or breed.
   

📸 Photos & Social Media

• We love sharing cute snaps! By attending, you give consent for photos/videos of your pet to be used in our marketing and social media.
   
• Personal details are never shared. You may opt out by advising us in writing.
   

💊 Medications

• All meds must be clearly labelled with: pet’s name, medication name, dosage, and administration instructions.
   
• Please only bring the exact amount needed for their stay.
   

🧳 What to Bring

• Flat collar with ID tag
   
• Food and measuring scoop
   
• Leash/harness
   

🚫 What Not to Bring

• Toys, bowls, treats, or bedding (we provide these!)
   

🛏️ During Their Stay

• Fresh water and healthy treats will be provided.
   
• Meals can be provided on request (extra charge). Let us know any dietary needs — we accept no responsibility for allergic reactions to food.
   

📅 Hours & Drop-Off / Pick-Up

• Daycare Days (Tues–Fri): Drop-off 7:30–9am | Pick-up 3:30–6:30pm
   
• Non-Daycare Days (Sat/Sun/Mon): Drop-off 8–10am | Pick-up 4–6pm
   
• Need different times? Chat with us before arrival — surcharges may apply.
   

💰 Payments & Fees

• Balance is payable on arrival. Any extra costs (grooming, added care) are due at pick-up.
   
• No accounts are kept. All payments are due at time of service.
   
• Public Holiday surcharge: $15 per pet per day
   

🔁 Early Collection / Shortened Stays

• No refunds for early departures or missed days.
   

❌ Cancellations & Deposits

• Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged in full.
   
• Deposits are non-refundable and bookings are only held for 48 hours without a deposit.
   

📇 Emergency Contact & Pick-Up

• Only authorised people can collect your pet. Any changes must be advised in writing at least 48 hours before pickup.
   

📄 Legal & Liability

• You are the legal owner of your pet.
   
• You accept full responsibility for any damages or harm your pet causes.
   
• CuddleCubs reserves the right to refuse service or amend these terms at any time.
