These Terms & Conditions apply to all daycare, grooming and related services provided by CuddleCubs Pet Care.
By enrolling your dog, making a booking, attending an appointment or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
CuddleCubs Pet Care is committed to providing a safe, supervised, enriching and caring environment for dogs in our care.
The safety and wellbeing of all dogs is our highest priority. Our team may make decisions at any time to adjust routines, separate dogs, alter play groups, refuse entry or discontinue services where we consider it necessary for the welfare of any dog, staff member or person on site.
You confirm that you are the legal owner or authorised carer of the dog attending CuddleCubs.
You agree that all information provided to CuddleCubs is accurate, complete and up to date.
You must notify CuddleCubs immediately of any changes to your dog’s health, behaviour, vaccination status, medical history, temperament, training, medication or suitability for group care.
You accept responsibility for any loss, injury, damage or expense caused by your dog to another dog, person, staff member, property or equipment.
All dogs attending CuddleCubs must be in good general health.
Dogs must not attend daycare, grooming or any CuddleCubs service if they are showing signs of illness, including but not limited to coughing, vomiting, diarrhoea, lethargy, contagious skin conditions, eye or nasal discharge, parasites or any suspected infectious condition.
CuddleCubs reserves the right to refuse entry or request immediate collection of any dog we believe may be unwell or unsuitable to remain on site.
All dogs must hold a current C5 vaccination certificate. Homeopathic vaccinations are not accepted.
Puppies must have completed their final puppy vaccination and must wait at least two weeks after that vaccination before attending.
Vaccination certificates must be provided before attendance and kept up to date annually.
All dogs must be kept up to date with flea, tick and worming prevention.
If fleas, ticks or other parasites are found on your dog, CuddleCubs may isolate the dog and request immediate collection.
Any cleaning, treatment, bathing or additional handling required due to parasites may incur an additional fee.
All dogs attending daycare must be desexed by 10 months of age, unless otherwise approved by CuddleCubs management in writing.
Female dogs in season are not permitted to attend daycare.
CuddleCubs is a group daycare environment. Not all dogs are suited to group care.
Owners must disclose any known or suspected behavioural concerns, including but not limited to:
• aggression towards dogs or people

• anxiety or fear-based behaviour
• excessive barking
• escape behaviours
• rough or inappropriate play
• reactivity
• guarding of toys, food, people or spaces
• previous incidents at another daycare, groomer, dog park, training facility or home environment.
Failure to disclose relevant information may result in immediate suspension or refusal of services.
CuddleCubs reserves the right to refuse entry, modify attendance, separate dogs, remove a dog from group play, require behavioural reassessment or permanently discontinue attendance at our discretion.
CuddleCubs does not accept dogs listed as restricted breeds under NSW legislation, including American pit bull terriers or pit bull terriers, Japanese tosas, dogo Argentinos, fila Brasileiros and other restricted breeds as defined by NSW law.
CuddleCubs may also refuse any dog based on breed, size, strength, play style, temperament, behaviour, suitability for our facility or risk assessment.
Acceptance of one dog does not guarantee acceptance of another dog of the same breed or household.
Dog daycare involves dogs interacting in a social group environment.
While CuddleCubs takes reasonable care to provide supervision, appropriate grouping, safe handling and proactive management, owners acknowledge that dogs are animals and behaviour can be unpredictable.
By enrolling your dog at CuddleCubs, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with group daycare, including but not limited to:

You acknowledge that incidents can occur without warning, despite supervision and reasonable care.
If your dog becomes ill or injured while in our care, CuddleCubs will take reasonable steps to care for your dog and contact you or your emergency contact.
If we believe veterinary treatment is necessary and we cannot promptly contact you, you authorise CuddleCubs to seek veterinary treatment on your behalf.
All veterinary costs, transport costs, treatment costs and associated expenses remain the responsibility of the owner.
A current emergency contact must be provided.
Your emergency contact must be authorised to make decisions regarding your dog if you cannot be reached.

CuddleCubs may provide treats, enrichment or food-based activities during daycare unless advised otherwise in writing.
Owners must disclose all known allergies, sensitivities or dietary restrictions.
While reasonable care is taken, CuddleCubs accepts no responsibility for allergic reactions where allergies or sensitivities have not been disclosed.
Dogs must arrive with a secure collar, lead and identification where appropriate.
CuddleCubs is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings, including collars, leads, harnesses, clothing, toys, bedding or accessories.
Personal toys, bowls, bedding or treats should not be brought unless specifically requested.

If you do not wish for your dog to appear in photos or videos, you must notify CuddleCubs in writing.
CuddleCubs may alter daily routines, activities, play groups, rest periods, enrichment, cleaning schedules or access to certain areas based on weather, dog numbers, behaviour, safety or welfare considerations.
Dog wellbeing will always take priority over routine, convenience or scheduled activities.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
You agree to indemnify CuddleCubs Pet Care, its owner, employees and representatives against any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense arising from your dog’s behaviour, actions, health condition, non-disclosed history or your breach of these Terms & Conditions.
CuddleCubs may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
