Terms and Conditions

The purpose of CuddleCubs Pet Care is to provide a safe, fun and stimulating social environment for dogs during our operating business hours.

To ensure the safety and health of your pet and our other guests, we require all guests to comply with the following terms and conditions, and by signing these terms you acknowledge your full compliance with them:

Age: Dogs are welcome to attend once they have received their final C5 vaccination and have waited at least 2 weeks after. Please know your dog will be in a yard with other breeds/sized dogs so your discretion is advised as to their suitability

Accounts: The balance of each booking is payable to CuddleCubs on arrival, and any incidentals during the pet’s stay will be charged on departure. No accounts are to be kept under any circumstance. Your booking will be cancelled if no deposit is received within 48 hours of receiving your confirmation. You understand that rates are reviewed periodically and may increase.  This is regardless of the contracted amount or contract term. 

Fees: If less than 24hrs notice is given you will be subject to the full cost of your booking. You agree to pay all costs and charges for any optional dog services requested by You. If your dog requires any hygienic grooming whilst in our care, you agree you will be responsible for any costs involved. There is a $15 public holiday surcharge per pet that applies to all bookings which fall on a public holiday.    

Health: All dogs must be in good health, or they cannot be admitted into daycare/boarding. This will be assessed by a staff member upon check-in. If you believe your pet is not at 100% health, please provide sufficient notice to avoid late cancellation fees. If your pet is turned away due to ill health, you consent that you will be liable for the daily rate and will be required to present a Veterinarian Certificate to show your pet is in good health before being re-admitted to CuddleCubs Pet Care.

Preventatives: All dogs must be fully vaccinated with C5 – no exceptions. Proof of vaccination must be provided upon first visit, and you agree to supply an up-to-date vaccination certificate annually. Failure to do so will result in your sessions being forfeit until such time that a valid certificate is provided.
Your pet must be up to date with flea/tick/worming treatments, no homeopathy. You agree that CuddleCubs Pet Care will not be liable for any such outbreaks whilst on premise. 

Sex: All dogs must be spayed/neutered once they reach 10 months of age to attend daycare. There are to be no exceptions.

Behaviour: Any dog that shows any signs of aggression towards humans or other dogs whilst at CuddleCubs Pet care will lose the privilege of attending. Your dog must not show any signs of resource guarding towards food/toys. Please note – your dog will be spending time with other breeds and sized dogs, and their safety and health is our main concern. If your dog bites or injures another dog or human whilst in our care, you agree to be fully liable for any such action and recourse. 

Under no circumstance is CuddleCubs Pet Care responsible for any injury, death, or contraction of illness/disease of any dog in our care. 

Breeds - We are unable to accept any breeds that are deemed 'dangerous' according to the NSW Government; including American Pit Bull, Japanese Tosa, Presa Canerio, Dogo Argentino and Fila Brasiliaro. CuddleCubs has made the decision to only accept small/medium sized breeds and will not accept any ‘bully/terrier’ breeds including American Bully, American Bulldog, American and English Staffordshire Terrier, Miniature Bull Terrier, Boston Terrier, Bull Terrier. All other breeds that pass our temperament test will be accepted into CuddleCubs Pet care and owners must accept that their dogs will be in areas with other breeds.
CuddleCubs Pet Care reserves the right to refuse entry of any breed/pet it sees necessary. 

Medications - If your dog requires medication during their stay, please ensure it is appropriately labelled with: Dogs Name / Medication name / dosage / frequency / instructions for administration. Please only provide the correct amount for the duration of their stay.    

What to bring - Please ensure your dog has a flat collar and ID tag to CuddleCubs Pet Care. Do not bring any bedding/toys or items that may induce possessive behaviours in your dog.   

During their stay - Your pet will receive access to fresh water and will be given small amounts of healthy treats during the day. If your pet requires a meal during the day, please advise staff upon check in. We are able to supply meals upon request for an additional charge, it is the owner’s responsibility to advise of any dietary requirements. CuddleCubs accepts no responsibility for adverse reactions to food provided.    

Liability: Any person bringing a dog onto our premises or leaving a dog in our care accepts that the Registered Owner of the dog assumes complete and total liability for any harm or damages that occur to other dogs, people or property resulting from aggressive, dangerous, and unacceptable behaviour including but not limited to biting, scratching and clawing.

You agree that you are the sole owner of the dog, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances.   

The dog will be released from CuddleCubs only to persons named within your customer record including emergency contacts. You must advise in writing naming any other authorized persons to collect your dog with at least 48 hours’ notice to cuddlecubspetcare@gmail.com 

These terms and conditions can be altered or amended at any time by CuddleCubs Pet Care, and you agree to accept any such changes when they are made.
