Leah is the heart behind CuddleCubs Pet Care and a true animal lover, with a special soft spot for dogs. Her passion for caring for animals shines through in everything she does, making her someone you can wholeheartedly trust with your beloved fur babies.
With a Certificate IV in Animal Care & Grooming, a Pet First Aid qualification, and years of hands-on experience, Leah is well-equipped to provide top-quality care. She's also currently deepening her expertise with further studies in animal behaviour and training.
Before launching CuddleCubs, Leah worked in Dental Assisting, Recruitment, and Travel — and yes, she’s been to over 50 countries!
Her diverse background and compassionate nature make her not just a skilled professional, but someone who truly connects with both pets and people.

Ruby has had a lifelong love for animals, especially dogs, and grew up surrounded by furry companions. She’s completed her Certificate II in Animal Studies and has her sights set on expanding her knowledge with future studies in dog grooming.
For the past five years, Ruby has been working independently as a pet sitter, where she’s known for treating every pup as if they were her own. Her care is genuine, her heart is huge, and her bond with dogs is undeniable.
Now part of the CuddleCubs Crew, Ruby brings fun, love, and a whole lot of cuddles to every visit. She’s completely smitten with the dogs—so much so, we have to gently remind her she can’t take them all home (even though she’d love to!).

Risa has always had a special place in her heart for animals, especially dogs. With a Certificate II in Animal Care, she’s well-equipped to provide the best care for your pups. She’s the proud owner of two adorable dogs—Tina, a Pomeranian-Toy Poodle mix living in Japan, and Coco (aka "Fluff Puff"), a Maltese-Shih Tzu who’s a regular member of the Thursday crew at CuddleCubs.
Risa loves working with dogs because of their loving nature, playful personalities, and the joy they bring to her day. Being around dogs is always a rewarding experience, and their happiness is what makes her own day brighter.

Amelia’s whole world revolves around animals and giving them the love and care they deserve. She’s currently studying to become a veterinary nurse, with the goal of helping animals live healthier, happier lives—always with a side of cuddles, of course.
At CuddleCubs, Amelia thrives in an environment where she can get to know each dog’s unique personality and provide individualised care with a heart full of love. For her, it’s more than just a job—it’s a stepping stone in her journey to a lifelong career helping animals.
When she’s with the pups, she treats each one as if they’re her own—and they feel it.
We’re incredibly lucky to have Amelia on our team. Her compassion, dedication, and gentle nature shine through in everything she does—and the pups absolutely adore her.

Molly is a fully qualified Veterinary Nurse with over five years of experience working in clinics across the Illawarra.
Her passion for animal welfare runs deep — she’s volunteered with multiple rescue organisations and has fostered countless animals along the way, giving them the love and care they deserve while they wait for their forever homes.
Molly absolutely loves spending her days at CuddleCubs, watching dogs thrive, play, and feel safe in such a nurturing environment. She says it already feels like her happy place — and we think the dogs would agree.
When she’s not at CuddleCubs or the vet clinic, you’ll usually find Molly curled up at home with her ginger cat, Hunter, a good book in hand, or catching up on the latest horror movies.

Sophie truly can’t imagine life without her furry friends - especially her beloved Daisy, an 8-year-old Bichon Frise x Poodle who holds a very special place in her heart.
Dogs are the light of Sophie’s life, and if there’s a pup at a social gathering, that’s exactly where you’ll find her!
With over five years of experience as a trusted dog sitter, Sophie has long dreamed of working in a doggy daycare. At CuddleCubs, she loves spending her days cuddling, entertaining, and getting to know such a wonderfully varied bunch of doggies, making sure each one receives the love, care, and attention they deserve.

Emma has loved being around dogs for as long as she can remember — they’ve always been a huge part of her life. After moving to Wollongong, she missed her dog Tilly so much that she knew she needed to keep dogs close in her everyday life.
Since then, Emma has been dog walking and pet sitting around Wollongong, finding the experience incredibly rewarding. She absolutely loves spending time in daycare, playing with all the dogs and soaking up their energy — it’s something she genuinely looks forward to each week.
When she’s not surrounded by pups, Emma is studying Environmental Science at UOW, watching movies, or spending time with friends.

Norma is a 6-year-old rescued British Bulldog, and she’s truly the most lovable girl around! While she’s still learning how to handle excited dogs (her solution is to launch into the action with true bulldog style!), she brings so much joy to everyone she meets.
Norma loves belly rubs, bum scratches, and anything that involves food or naps. Adopted in March 2022, she’s living her best life—heading to daycare every day for fun and cuddles, and getting plenty of treats each night.
Norma would have absolutely charmed Chen, and we know they would have been fast friends.

Franco is a rescue Toy Poodle with a story that tugs at the heartstrings. Leah discovered his profile on the Pet Rescue website and immediately fell in love. Having been in four different homes within his first six months, he was in need of stability, love, and guidance—things he’s found in abundance at CCHQ.
Franco is a bit shy around new people and refuses to use the doggy door, but don’t let that fool you—he’s full of charm! He absolutely loves carrying Leah’s shoes around the house (they’re clearly his favorite toys). With the best little pawsonality, Franco has settled in beautifully and fits right in with the team.

Chenzo was the light of my life. Forever hungry, forever snoring—and now, forever at peace.
Those lucky enough to meet Chen knew what a truly good boy he was. He’d reverse into you like a little truck, sit on your foot just to feel close, and leave your clothes dusted in white floof like a badge of honor.
May you rest peacefully, my sweet Chen.
I love you, always. 💛🐾
